Rangasthalam is a Telugu period action drama directed and written by Sukumar, produced by Mythri Movie Makers. Set in the 1980s in a rural village named Rangasthalam, the story follows Chitti Babu (Ram Charan), a partially hearing-impaired yet spirited young man who becomes the unlikely defender of his people. His life takes a dramatic turn when his elder brother Kumar Babu (Aadhi Pinisetty) decides to challenge the village’s oppressive president (Jagapathi Babu), leading to a series of conflicts that unravel buried truths and power struggles.

The film also stars Samantha Akkineni as Chitti Babu’s love interest Ramalakshmi, along with Prakash Raj and Anasuya Bharadwaj in pivotal roles. With Devi Sri Prasad’s chart-topping music, R. Rathnavelu’s striking cinematography, and Navin Nooli’s sharp editing, Rangasthalam combines rustic authenticity with gripping storytelling.
